We should all be standing up and saying "enough is enough!".
It is long past time for you and me and every right-thinking person to take a stand on this issue. Failing to do so will cost more lives and allow continued misery.
Tonight we broadcast a special event calling attention to the destructive behavior known as domestic violence. It was important, informative, touching and tearful.
It's not the first time we have joined with the Woman's Resource Center in the attempt to reach out to those in harm's way or simply call attention to the issue. This time was different though. This time a large room full of local people from all walks of life joined together in a call to action.

I can't agree more Tom. Any man who hits a woman is either a coward or a queer. Such a man should be emasculated immediately. The very idea that a man should be able to hit a woman is merely a manifestation of the modern sudophychology that people who do bad things are somehow mentally ill and should be treated kindly. The courts that find a man guilty of hitting a woman should let the victim choose the penality. which is hopefully some kind of death.
